PicaMail is a free email alias and forwarding service that lets you create unlimited aliases to protect your real email address. By using PicaMail, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
These terms apply to all users, whether on the free tier or a paid Pro subscription.
PicaMail provides email alias creation and forwarding. When someone sends an email to your alias, PicaMail forwards it to your real inbox in real time. PicaMail also supports replying from an alias and sending new emails from an alias, so your real address stays hidden.
PicaMail does not store the content of forwarded emails. Emails are processed in memory and forwarded immediately. No email bodies, attachments, or subject lines are written to disk at any point during normal operation.
You agree to use PicaMail only for lawful purposes. Specifically, you must not:
Violation of this policy will result in immediate account termination without warning or refund.
PicaMail has a zero-tolerance spam policy. If we detect that your account is being used to send spam - whether through reply-from-alias, send-from-alias, or any other mechanism - your account will be terminated immediately.
We actively monitor outbound sending patterns and will act on abuse reports from receiving mail servers. Spam damages the sending reputation of PicaMail's IP addresses, which harms all users.
This is critically important. When PicaMail forwards an email to your inbox, PicaMail's servers are the sender from your email provider's perspective. If you mark a forwarded email as spam in Gmail, Outlook, or any other provider, you are telling that provider that PicaMail itself is a spammer.
This damages PicaMail's IP reputation and can cause forwarded emails to land in the spam folder for all PicaMail users - not just you.
Instead of marking forwarded emails as spam:
Repeatedly marking PicaMail-forwarded emails as spam may result in your account being suspended or terminated, as it actively harms the service for everyone.
Each person may maintain one PicaMail account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent free-tier limits, evade bans, or abuse the service in any way is prohibited. We reserve the right to merge or terminate duplicate accounts without notice.
To create an account, you must provide a valid email address that you control. This email is your forwarding destination and is used for account recovery and important service notifications.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. PicaMail is not liable for unauthorized access to your account resulting from compromised credentials.
PicaMail stores the following data:

For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
The free tier includes a generous allocation of aliases on shared PicaMail domains, one forwarding recipient, and standard rate limits. The free tier is provided as-is, with no uptime guarantees or SLA.
The Pro tier adds custom domain support, multiple forwarding recipients, higher rate limits, increased bandwidth, and priority support. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually.
If you cancel your Pro subscription, the following changes take effect at the end of your current billing period:
Your account, alias history, and metadata are preserved. You can resubscribe at any time to restore Pro features.
PicaMail may suspend or terminate your account if:
If your account is terminated for abuse, you will not receive a refund for any remaining Pro subscription time. If PicaMail terminates your account for reasons other than abuse (for example, if we discontinue the service), you will receive a prorated refund.
PicaMail is provided "as-is" and "as-available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.
While we work hard to maintain high availability and deliverability, email forwarding depends on many external factors (recipient server policies, DNS propagation, spam filters) that are outside our control.
PicaMail is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including missed emails, delayed delivery, or service downtime. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
PicaMail's name, logo, website design, and software are the property of PicaMail. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the service without written permission.
Your data remains yours. PicaMail claims no ownership over your email content or alias configurations.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you via the email address associated with your account at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
Continued use of PicaMail after the effective date of updated terms constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may delete your account before the effective date.
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If negotiation fails, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration.
